Fraser Mooney has worked in non-profit management for more than two decades, with extensive experience in a broad range of development disciplines for a wide range of organizations and causes. Prior to ICTJ, he was senior director for resource mobilization at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), a pioneering public-private partnership headquartered in New York City and Amsterdam, and operating in 23 countries. Prior to IAVI, he was the first director of development at Broadway Cares, where he played a central role in building the organization’s national and international profile.
